Customer Conference a 5* success

Palma’s stunning Nixe Palace Hotel provided the perfect venue for Wolf Systems’ customer conference which took place last month on 16th- 17th October. The event was a resounding success, only enhanced by its sumptuous five star setting. 


 “We were delighted that so many of our customers were able to take time out of their busy schedules and join us in Mallorca this year,” says David Leaney, Managing Director. “The weather, hotel, food and of course, company, lived up to every expectation - making the conference one to remember for our customers, their partners and the Wolf team.


Conference 1

“The presentations were carefully planned to take place over the Friday and Saturday mornings and it was very much our intention to combine ‘business with pleasure’ – bringing everyone up-to-speed with our latest developments whilst allowing our guests ample free time to relax, unwind and round off what has been a very busy summer for all,” he explains.


Following general news from Wolf Systems, attendees were given an overview of current market conditions, together with updates on WolfWin, easi-joist®, Enterprise and Horizon software. The closing presentation was a hotly anticipated update on Wolf’s next-generation roof and floor design software, Fusion. “I’m pleased to report that our customers are as excited about Fusion as we are,” enthuses David. Conference 2 

“Work wasn’t the only thing on the agenda this year,” he continues.
“We wanted to treat our customers to a little ‘RnR’ too and what with a welcome dinner, a catamaran trip around the nearby coastal bays, traditional tapas dining, an afternoon of golf for some and not least the chance to take in the city of Palma itself, or simply enjoy the hotel’s facilities, there was plenty of well-deserved downtime for everyone.


“This was one of our largest conferences to date,” says David, “and with 70 customers and partners attending, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their continued loyalty and support which made this year’s conference such a huge success. It was great to be able to spend time with our customers amidst such wonderful surroundings and we’re looking forward to organising similar events in the future. For the moment though, I’m sure we’ll all agree, this one really set the standard!”
