Restructuring steps up Customer Service


Wolf Systems Paul Flounders – who you may know from his work in a business development capacity – has recently taken up the new role of customer services manager

“As a growing business, the time was right to restructure our Customer Services function to better support our customers and I’m delighted to be focusing my skills in this area - not entirely new territory for me as there’s a degree of cross-over between sales development and customer care,” says Paul.

 “I’m also pleased to be retaining my responsibilities within the Horizon project team and look forward to welcoming Wayne on board. He too has been with Wolf for a number of years and with a wealth of industry experience under his belt, his input will be invaluable.”
