Sometimes there's a better way, an easier way, a less testing way to get the job done well
At Wolf Systems our software, our products, the services we provide, in short, everything we do is designed to make timber engineering easy. Why? Because when the engineering is easier you'll work quicker, you'll be more responsive to your customers and you'll save money. That's all good for business.
Whether you have a question about how to use our software or want to provide feedback on features or request modifications, the Software Helpdesk is just a phone call away. Our helpdesk team are here to provide easy access to the information or advice you need for any software related issue and are encouraged to adapt a “nothing is too much trouble” approach to helping customers.
Feedback from our customers, the people who use Wolf Systems’ Software every day, provides much of the information we use to scope out future software enhancements and features, plus we also undertake software customisation when the need arises. Our Software Helpdesk is the central point of contact for our customers to relay this information to us.

Stronger products lower your cost and provide greater design flexibility
Wolf Systems supply products for the manufacture of trussed rafters and metal web joists. Our nailplates are
CE marked and are BBA approved, and our patented metal webs, EP 1 985 774 A1, are certified through
European Technical Approval (ETA).
Our products have gone through stringent testing to meet the relevant approvals and are supplied direct from
our factory in Coventry where they are manufactured to meet the Construction Product Regulations.
Wolf Systems’ range of nailplates provides optimum cost and design benefits. And our metal webs offer unique strength characteristics that enhance the design of our easi-joist® floor system, providing longer spanning capability with the benefit of open web design
Software so powerful but easy to use for every timber application
Wolf Systems is synonymous with the latest technology. Our software - specifically designed for the timber engineering industry – is fully featured and incredibly powerful, but recognised within the industry for its easy to use interface.
We have developed packages for every timber engineering application from robust structural design software integrated with applications to help you run your business more effectively.
And to help you get the most from our systems, TRAINING is provided for all users - direct from Wolf Systems, the people who wrote it.
Training at its best direct from the software authors...
Using our software to its full potential will save you time, enhance your efficiency and ultimately save you money, which is why we have developed a comprehensive range of training courses. For people new to timber engineering, or to Wolf Systems software, as well as for experienced designers ready for more advanced training.
The courses are delivered by ‘power users’ with a unique understanding that comes only from hands-on involvement in designing the software - no one is better qualified. They range from one to three days depending on level and can take place either at Wolf Systems or at your premises and can also be custom designed to suit your specific training requirements.
We have dedicated training rooms at Wolf Systems in Coventry for all of our training courses and we regularly organise structured training at least once each month. Although always flexible in our approach to a customer’s training requirements, we recognise the benefit of training in an environment free of day to day distractions.
